Conditions of Sale for Online Purchases
- Tax on Purchases. Your Inter-Co Division 10 online purchase will be subject to Sales Tax applicable to the location that the product ships from. If the tax rate changes before your purchase is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order ships will apply.
- Payment. All prices are in local currencies based on the address that you elect your purchase to ship to or be picked up from. The Inter-Co Division 10 online store accepts a variety of payment methods using the PayPal payment system. Information on acceptable payment methods will be shown on the checkout page when completing a purchase. Inter-Co has elected to use the PayPal system to ensure the protection of your private financial information.
- Returns. If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can request a return by e-mailing us at onlineorders@inter-co.com. For eligible products, you have up to 5 calendar days from the time you receive the item to initiate a return. Items ineligible for a return include:

- items that do not have all original packaging available to return with the product

- items which have been installed (or partially installed)

- items which have any physical damage or markings caused by the customer

- items which have had any protective wrapping removed

- custom-sized items or special-order items

- due to custom colour and sizes, all toilet partition orders are NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND

Upon receipt of a request for a return of item, Inter-Co will confirm whether such item is returnable and issue a Return of Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The customer may then return the item, at its cost. Within 5 days following receipt of the item and inspection of the goods, Inter-Co will issue a refund for the item. Please note that all refunds shall be based on the purchase price of the item less a 35% re-stocking fee. There shall be no refund for any shipping costs for the product.
- Shipping. Items ship as they become available. Inter-Co does everything possible to ship within the indicated lead times, but does not guarantee these lead times. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on the Inter-Co Division 10 online store. Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping information. The Inter-Co online store sells and ships items only within the continental United States and Canada. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, freight forwarders, or addresses outside of the continental United States and Canada. - Warranty Information. All of our products come with a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty, a copy of which is available upon request.
